Our rocket pesto penne is a real lightning recipe. Delicious pasta is on your table in less than 20 minutes.
Cook the penne in a pot of salted water according to package directions until al dente. For the pesto, puree the washed arugula and spinach with all the other ingredients.
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Pour the drained pasta into the pan with the rocket pesto and cherry tomatoes, warming them up a little. Then serve immediately and sprinkle with a little Parmesan if desired.
