Just do it yourself! Gyros with spicy halloumi: Today we cut the meat into slices!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
450 g halloumi
2 teaspoons gyro spice mix
3 spoons of oil
2 red onions
100 g peppers (mild; pickled)
4 sprigs of parsley
1 flat bread
400 g of cabbage sauce (refrigerated section)
250 g tzatziki (finished product, refrigerated section)
paprika powder (noble sweet)
Approximately per serving:
36 grams of fat
70 grams of carbohydrates
32 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Cut the halloumi into strips. Mix with gyro spices and 2 tablespoons of oil. Wash tomatoes, clean, cut into slices. Peel, halve and thinly slice the onions.
Drain and chop the peppers. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Split the flatbread, cutting deeply but not all the way through each quarter.
Fry the halloumi in 1 tbsp oil in a pan until crispy. Fill each quarter of the bread with coleslaw, halloumi, tomatoes, peppers and tzatziki. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika powder.
