Remove the stem from the lettuce, chop into small pieces and wash. Clean the onion and cut it into small circles. Heat a pan and fry the nuts for a while. Wash the blueberries.
Put the salad in a bowl, put the onions on top and spread the walnuts and blueberries on top.
For the dressing, mix together the vinegar, dill, mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Then add the oil and mix well. Pour over the salad and decorate to taste, for example with flowers.
As a second course, the salad is enough for more people.
Tip:
The dressing is quick and easy to make in an old screw top jam jar. Instead of mixing it, just give it a good shake. If desired, double the amount and store the sauce in the refrigerator.
