Recipe #1: Pizza Bread

Convenient, delicious and quick to make: Hearty rolls that fill like pizza. Perfect as finger food, because instead of a thin base, the rolls lie well in the hand and can be eaten in a relaxed way.

You need for 6-8 people:

  • 2 sticks of baguette bread
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 bags of grated cheese
  • 2 packages of cooked ham
  • 1 onion
  • chick peas
  • salt and pepper

This is how it is done:

  • Slice the baguette sticks.
  • Dice the ham and onion and mix with the grated cheese, yogurt and chickpeas.
  • Season with salt and pepper and place on the baguette slices.
  • Bake it at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly and then serve.

Recipe #2: Mini Cheeseburgers

So fast, so good: Delicious cheeseburger muffins are a hit at any party. They are prepared in a short time and taste simply delicious, especially after a stressful day at work.

For 12 muffins you will need:

  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 450 g of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 100 g ketchup with spices
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml of water
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • pickled cucumbers
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • chick peas
  • 40 grams of sesame seeds

This is how it is done:

  • Grease the 12 muffin tins and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
  • Heat the water and melt the butter in it.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a pan. Then add the minced meat and fry.
  • Mix tomato paste, mustard, spicy ketchup and 3 tablespoons of pickling water.
  • Sift the yeast into the flour, add the water and mix with a hand mixer.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest.
  • When the dough increases in size, knead it again and divide it into twelve parts. Then we open them in a round shape and place them in the muffin forms.
  • Spread the minced meat mixture on it.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Cut the cheese slices and spread over the muffins. Put it back in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with cucumbers and chives.

Recipe #3: Melon Slice Cubes with Mild Chili

Give buffet color: watermelon is delicious and very refreshing, especially in summer. Melon cubes get a hearty twist with marinated feta and green chilies.

You need for 2 servings:

  • 60 g slices
  • 3 slices of watermelon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of chili
  • The skin of an organic lime
  • toothpick

This is how it is done:

  • Mix together a marinade of olive oil, sea salt, chili pepper, and lime zest.
  • Cut the slice into cubes and coat with marinade.
  • Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 cm thick.
  • Cut out the hearts with a cookie cutter.

Burger ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 20 cocktail tomatoes
  • cucumber slices

This is how it is done:

  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
  • Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
  • Mix the minced meat with the shallots, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form about 20 small meatballs from the mixture.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese slices into quarters. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, flatten them a little and bake them for 15 minutes. Then top with cheddar immediately.

ingredients for Muhammad:

  • 1 large red pepper/bell pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 small clove of garlic (about 5-7 cloves)
  • Olive oil for frying

Ingredients for hummus:

  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 40 g of toasted walnuts
  • 60 ml Arabic-style tahini
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses (or date syrup + a little dark balsamic vinegar)
  • 1-2 teaspoons ras el hanout (or just cumin and a little cinnamon)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of ice water

This is how it is done:

  • Ingredients for Muhammad ofBaking in a pan at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool briefly.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and gradually mix in the ice water.
  • Place in a bowl and garnish with olive oil, pomegranate molasses, chopped parsley, walnuts and chilli.
  • Serve with flat bread, crackers or vegetables.

Recipe number 6: Pumpkin Rolls Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Grilled Peppers, Mint and Rocket

Oriental style rolls filled with goat cheese, grilled peppers, crunchy rocket and aromatic mint. All put together make a delicious little bite that goes a long way with the ease of a summer party.

You need 6-8 rolls:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small chili (depending on how spicy you like it)
  • 1 handful of mint + a few leaves for decoration
  • 1 handful of arugula + some leaves for decoration
  • 125 g of fresh goat cheese
  • Salt pepper

This is how it is done:

  • Preheat the oven to the grill setting.
  • Wash, halve, devein and roast the peppers in the top third of the oven until the skin is dark and bubbly. Remove the peppers from the oven and place them in a sealed plastic bag to cool so that the skins are easier to remove later. Then peel and finely chop.
  • Meanwhile, peel the courgettes into wide strips using a vegetable peeler. Heat some oil in a pan (grill) and fry the zucchini strips lightly on both sides in batches. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  • Finely chop the chilli, wash the mint and rocket and chop too. Mix everything in a bowl with the goat cheese and paprika and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread some goat cheese cream on each zucchini strip and tuck in some mint or rocket leaves, then carefully roll everything up.
