Mediterranean cuisine: Quick salad with red peppers and feta

Anti-craving salad: a Mediterranean salad with red peppers and feta.

If you want to eat healthy, we recommend our red pepper and feta salad. It makes you feel very comfortable in your own skin.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 70 g slices
  • 1 small sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Approximately per serving:

  • 350 calories
  • 28 grams of fat
  • 15 grams of carbohydrates
  • 9 grams of protein

And this is how it is done:


  1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the stem, skin and seeds. Drain, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Peel the red onion, cut it in half, cut it into thin rings and put it in the salad bowl. Remove the slice from the package and crumble it with your hands in a bowl.
  3. Remove the rosemary sprigs and set aside for garnish. Chop the remaining needles very finely with a large kitchen knife.
  4. Mix the dressing in a bowl: mix the rosemary, lemon and orange juice, salt and pepper until the salt crystals dissolve. Pour in the olive oil.
  5. Arrange the salad on two pretty plates. Mix the dressing again, pour over the salad and serve immediately. Goodness can be so easy!
