This aromatic mint salad dressing refines any of your salads! Discover the delicious recipe.
Our homemade mint salad dressing tastes better than supermarket dressing and goes with any salad. A must at the barbecue party!
Ingredients for 1 portion:
6 mint leaves
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt, pepper to taste
And this is how it is done:
Finely rub mint leaves with olive oil, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper.
The dressing goes especially well with all kinds of crunchy lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
