Classic from New York Big Apple Style Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients for 2 servings:
For the sauce:
3 spoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 spoon of pickle
1 plate Woyster sauce
1 ram Tabasco
1 pinch of smoked salt
1 pinch of sugar
For the sandwich:
2 tablespoons of butter
4 slices of rye bread
1/2 can sauerkraut
100 grams of pastrami
4 slices of cheese
Approximately per serving:
13 grams of fat
24 grams of carbohydrates
13 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with ketchup. Then cut into small cubes and peel and finely chop the onion. Add both to the mayonnaise-ketchup mixture. Season to taste with a little Woyster sauce, Tabasco and smoked salt. At the end, adjust it again with salt, pepper and sugar.
Brush the bread with butter on both sides and toast in a grill pan until golden brown and remove.
Squeeze the sauerkraut firmly, otherwise it will soak the sandwich. Heat and remove just as easily. We heat the pastrami for a while and fold it into a sandwich size and put the cheese on top. Then put it in the pan over medium heat, cover with a lid and let the cheese melt a little for about two minutes.
Meanwhile, spread the bread with the sauce. Now place the package of pastrami cheese on the slice of bread. Pour the sauerkraut over the cheese and cover with the second slice of spreadable bread. If the sandwich is too high, just secure it with a toothpick or skewer.
