Ingredients for Baked Zucchini Slices
You need: 1 zucchini, 125 grams of parmesan cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, 180 grams of sour cream, salt

This is how the sliced pumpkins are made
This is how it is done: Heat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat). Wash zucchini well. The bowl stays put. Because most of the vitamins are contained in the shell. Plus, you absorb important fiber with the skin, and it also tastes better because the skin holds the squash in shape when heated. Without the skin, vegetables quickly turn brown when you boil or fry them. After washing, remove the tops and thinly slice the courgettes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or grease a pan) and place the pumpkin slices next to each other. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with crushed garlic cloves and salt. If desired, herbs (for example, dill or parsley) can also be mixed. Spread the yogurt mixture over the pumpkin slices.
Sprinkle the slices of pumpkins with Parmesan cheese, put the pan in the oven and bake them for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!

Why are zucchini so healthy?
With about 19 calories per 100 grams, zucchini have very few calories and are therefore an easy vegetable kitchen ingredient that is rich in vitamins and minerals. The calcium, magnesium, iron, B vitamins, vitamin A (provitamin A) and vitamin C content of pumpkins make them particularly valuable.
