Recipe for minced turkey escalope
With this recipe, prepare turkey schnitzel in the oven, with crème fraiche and cheese gratin. Ok, it’s not so low in calories anymore, but it’s very tasty. The preparation is very quick, you only need about ten minutes. The baking time is 15 minutes.

You need two people: 2 thin turkey escalopes, each about 180 grams (you can also use chicken breast), salt, paprika, 200 grams of mushroom slices (can also be frozen food), 1 tablespoon of pesto, 2 tablespoons of cream, 90 gram cheese, freshly grated. This can be mountain, gouda or emmental cheese, a little butter, a suitable casserole or other heat-resistant form.

And here’s how you prepare the minced turkey escalope: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (200 degrees for a fan oven). Wash the turkey legs, pat dry and season with salt and paprika. Place them side by side in the casserole dish.

Lightly salt the mushrooms and spread over the turkey escalopes, mix together the pesto, cream and cheese and spread over the turkey escalopes and mushrooms. Spread the butter stamps on top.
Place the turkey escalopes in the oven on the middle shelf and bake them for about a quarter of an hour. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a moment – and serve!
