Peel the beans, stone them and chop the apricots. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Gently fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat, leave out and let it become slightly crispy. Then add the onions and garlic and fry. When the onions are translucent, add the beans and apricot pieces and fry over medium-high heat. Finally, add the cream of goat cheese and cream to the pan, dissolve and season with maple syrup and salt.

Soak wooden skewers in water.
Cut the chicken breasts and sesame sticks into bite-sized pieces. The bread should be slightly smaller than the pieces of meat. Thread both alternately onto skewers and gently sweat in vegetable oil over medium heat, turning frequently. Adjust the sauce and season and garnish to taste – for example with pieces of apricot and tomato.
