Creamy and Fluffy Vietnamese Egg Coffee: Have you tried it yet?
Do you already know Vietnamese egg coffee? This coffee specialty impresses with its fluffy crema and intense espresso.
And this is how it is done:
- First make the espresso.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks, condensed milk and sugar until the ingredients double in volume and a fluffy cream is created. To check if the cream is ready, put a little in a glass of water. If it floats, it’s done.
- Pour the cream over the espresso and enjoy. Finished!
