Creative Cake Delight! Blueberry Quark Casserole: Quick and Super Delicious!
This Blueberry Quark Casserole is just the thing when you need something sweet fast! Be sure to try it!
Ingredients for 6 servings:
500 g low-fat quark
1 packet of cream powder
250 ml of milk
50 grams of blueberries
Approximately per serving:
21 grams of fat
23 grams of carbohydrates
34 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan. To start, mix the quark, eggs, cream powder and milk together in a bowl.
Stir the blueberries into the quark mixture and put them in a pan. Pour 40 g of blueberries over the dough and press down a little.
We bake the pan in the oven at 160 degrees for about an hour. Cover if necessary if the pan gets a little brown on top.
We take it out after baking and let it cool. Sprinkle the quark pan with the remaining blueberries and serve.
