You need: 2 chicken breast fillets, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, half a bunch of chickpeas, 1 cucumber, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, half a bunch of fennel. A packet of feta, if you like.
