Ingredients for chicken curry:
For the marinade, place the soy sauce, maple syrup, oil, lemon juice and spices in a large bowl and stir to combine. Divide the chicken and put it in the marinade for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another container, mix panko flour and tempura or potato starch. Drain the chicken pieces and put them in the bread. Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the chicken pieces 3 times for 45 seconds each. Let them soak for 5 minutes in between. If the pieces are too thick, fry them 4 times for 1 minute each. This way the pieces become very crispy and stay nice and juicy inside. Serve with mayonnaise and lemon wedges.
Ingredients for crackers with goat cheese:

For the ketchup, mix well the tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey and adjust to taste.
Place the goat’s cheese on a fireproof surface, sprinkle it with 0.5 teaspoons of sugar and then caramelize it with a flame. This can also be done under the grill in the oven. But then it has to go to the highest level and the goat cheese has to be on the top rails.
Spread ketchup on crackers, top with goat cheese and garnish with caramelized walnuts.
Ingredients for Roasted Nuts:

Pour the sugar and water into a large pan and dissolve the sugar. Add the cinnamon and vanilla and mix. Now add the nuts (eg walnuts) and mix vigorously. After a while the sugar will start to pull the strings. Keep stirring until all the water evaporates. The nuts are then ground into powder. Continue to stir until the sugar dissolves again. When all the nuts are coated with shiny sugar, transfer them to a baking sheet and let them cool. Crack the nuts and sprinkle with gold dust from the baking department.
Ingredients for fried ice cream:

Mix eggs, flour, sugar, milk and food coloring. Pancake batter should have a viscous consistency, but not too thick, so that you can easily spread it with a pastry brush. If necessary, add more flour or milk.
Heat the fat in a saucepan. Spread the pancake batter over the strudel. Now take the ice cream out of the freezer, split it with a hot knife and pour it into the strudel dough. Fry for 40 seconds and serve immediately.
