Enjoy your own homemade tomato sauce with our simple, low-ingredient instructions!

With our simple instructions, you can enjoy your own homemade tomato sauce!

Ingredients for 1 liter:

  • 1.5 kg of tomatoes
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (dried, as needed)

Preparation time:

  • 15 minutes (plus 15 minutes cooking time)

And this is how it is done:


  1. First, wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the stems. Then cut into cubes and place in a large pot. Heat and boil the tomatoes in it for about 15 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and then remove from the stove. Roughly chop the tomatoes with a masher or fork, then pass the mixture through a sieve. If you like it better, you can puree the mixture with a hand blender so that the pieces remain intact.
  3. Then reheat the tomato juice and pour it into a sterile water bottle. Close and turn upside down to cool completely.
