Fresh and delicious Quick lightning salad with tomatoes and mozzarella

Whether as a quick lunch or as a light evening meal: Our tomato and mozzarella salad is quick to prepare and simply tastes delicious.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 small onion
2 tomatoes
1 small romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of instant vegetable broth
freshly ground pepper
1 spoon of oil
3 basil leaves
50 g mini mozzarella balls
Per serving:
240 calories
16 grams of fat
10 grams of carbohydrates
14 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Clean and wash the fresh onions and cut them into rings. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Wash the romaine lettuce and chop it into bite-size pieces. Mix everything.
Mix the balsamic vinegar with the vegetable stock and freshly ground pepper. Cut the basil leaves into narrow strips and fold them in oil. Place the mini mozzarella on top of the salad and pour the sauce over it.
