Ingredients for a delicious salad with Brussels sprouts and asparagus
For 2 people (hungry) you need 500 grams of Brussels sprouts, 500 grams of green asparagus, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 chili peppers, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, 2 teaspoons of agave syrup, ½ lemon salt, pepper, olive oil .

Recipe for delicious Brussels sprouts and asparagus salad
Here’s how it works: Clean Brussels sprouts by removing the woody end of the stem and the outer, dark leaves, rinse everything under cold water, then cut the florets in half. For the green asparagus, trim off the stem as well (not too much!), rinse and cut into bite-sized pieces. Just rinse the spring onions and cut them into thin rings, just like chili peppers.
Now we put a pan on the stove and roast the pine nuts in it without oil until they get a light brown color. Then remove the pine nuts, add oil to the pan and first fry the Brussels sprouts and spinach, then lower the heat and toss everything for eight to ten minutes. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper (freshly ground).

When the asparagus and Brussels sprouts are almost done, add the chilli rings and chopped onions to the pan, fry for a minute or two, then brush with the juice of half a lemon.
Now place the Brussels sprouts and spinach in a bowl and let them cool for two to three minutes. Then season with agave syrup, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and the delicious Brussels sprouts and asparagus salad is ready! We serve it when it is still lukewarm.
