This is the “green goddess” TikTok salad: the trend in your home!
This latest TikTok trend brings something green to the plate! The ‘Green Goddess’, as the salad is fondly called, is really easy to make and tastes absolutely heavenly. Read how to do it yourself here.
Ingredients for 1 salad (4 servings):
1 white cabbage
1 bunch of onions
30 ml of lemon juice
40 ml of olive oil
3 stalks of chickpeas
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup basil
100 grams of spinach
60 grams of nuts
30 grams of nutritional yeast
some salt and rice vinegar
20 grams of fat
18 grams of carbohydrates
9 grams of protein
And this is how it is done:
Cut the cabbage, cucumber and small onions into small pieces. Mix in a bowl and set aside.
Now mix olive oil and lemon juice. Place in a blender along with the chickpeas, peeled garlic cloves, basil, spinach and onion and blend evenly.
Add the nuts and yeast and mix again. Then season with salt and rice vinegar. Pour the pureed mixture over the cucumber and white cabbage and mix well. The green goddess is ready!
